根据维京外展中国市场的专业服务标准( VRC PSO )执行安
全控制。
职责
- 夜间接待区管理
- 每小时进行消防,安全和保安巡逻
- 与调酒师和餐厅经理合作处理船上销售
- 根据公司标准执行所有行政职务
- 准备和确保顺利的登记入住和退房手续
- 负责所有来宾的检查和财务系统
- 控制并输入客人付款信息到MXP
- 制备夜审计报告
- 妥善处理所有前台设备
- 按照国家VAT规定控制VAT增值税
- 处理内部应收文件,成本控制
- 处理和准备海关条例
- 为接待员和酒店经理提供一般的行政支持
- 管理投诉
- 按照公司的程序清单,盘点存货
- 在开始和结束巡航季时,准备开船和闭船事宜
- 如上司指令,需协助其他部门
- 根据公司的标准和危害分析和关键控制点(HACCP)的规则工作
- 参与载荷
- 正确存货量;建立标准水平
- 积极参与船上的培训计划

职责
- 夜审计员需承诺在离开维京后,不能将公司的信息,产品手册,
业务发展和EDP数据信息,透露给任何第三方,或公开,或保留
供个人使用。 - 在其违反上述指令的情况下,本公司保留要求赔偿损失,以及
对其采取法律行动的权利。 - 行为和外观符合VRC PSO的规则和条例
资历简介 - 有酒店/ 旅游行业相关教育学历
- 在相同或相似的职位上,最少有1年的专业经验
- 有国外经验/船上行业经验者优先
- 标准的普通话,英语(书面及口头)或其他语言技能都具优势
- 良好的电脑知识(Word,Excel和网络诊断,硬件连接和电缆,
打印机,故障解决) - 熟悉投影仪和娱乐系统的运作
- 能独立工作,服务导向和专注客人需要
- 有柔韧性和抗逆能力,有团队合作精神,重视承诺
- 个性积极,外观整洁
PURPOSE OF POSITION
In cooperation with the Hotel Manager and Receptionist you ensure the proper management of the Reception and carry out security control and administrative duties in accordance with Viking China Outbound Standards.
ASSIGNMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Management of reception area at night
- Hourly fire, safety and security patrols
- Processing onboard sales in cooperation with Bar Chef and Restaurant Manager
- Execution of all administrative duties according to company standards
- Preparation and execution of a smooth check-in and check-out
- Controlling of all guest checks and upkeep of the internal bookkeeping system
- Controlling and entering of guest checks into MXP
- Preparation of Night Auditor report
- Correct handling of all Reception equipment
- Control of VAT in accordance with national VAT table regulations
- Handling of internal debtor files, cost control
- Handling and preparation of Customs Regulations
- Providing general administrative support for the Receptionist and Hotel Manager
- Complaint management
- Conduction of stock takes; inventory according to company procedures
- Preparation of opening and closing ships at start and end of season
- Assistance in other departments upon instruction from supervisors (if required)
- Performance according to company standards and HACCP rules
- Participation in loadings
- Correct storage of stock; establishing of par levels
- Active participation in onboard training programs
DUTIES
- The holder of the position undertakes not to pass over the company’s information, manuals, information on business developments and EDP data to any third party or publicize or retain same for personal use after leaving the job.
- The company reserves the right to demand compensation for damages in the event of a breach of this instruction and take legal action against the staff.
- Conduct and appearance in accordance with the rules and regulations of Viking China Outbound
QUALIFICATION PROFILE
- Graduated education in hotel / tourism industry
- Min. 1 year professional experience in same or similar position
- International experience / experience on a ship is an asset
- Excellent Mandarin and English skills (written & verbal), other languages are an asset
- Advanced PC knowledge (Word, Excel, network diagnosis, hardware connections and cables, printers, solving failures)
- Experience with beamers and entertainment systems
- Ability to work independently, service-oriented and guest focused
- Flexibility and stress resistance, team player, commitment
- Positive personality, neat appearance
Language Requirements
Good knowledge of the Mandarin language is required.
