Costa Crociere is seeking a proactive and dynamic Online Media Specialist to join the new Central Media Department. With its mission to develop the best Media strategy and planning in the main European countries, the Central Media Department is committed to create cross synergies among media, optimize investments and exploit new opportunities to sustain Company objectives. The position will contribute to the management and optimization of the digital campaigns in coordination with the market references and the media agency. Campaign-result analysis and reporting will be a key task of this position. In this framework, the Online Media Specialist will support the team in the design and improvement of:

  • the Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns applying the optimal Pay-Per-Click (PPC) strategy and management
  • the Retargeting campaigns by applying the optimal remarketing strategy through customer profiling, message customization, behavioral analysis and segmentation
  • the affiliate campaigns by developing new opportunities for collaboration with travel-related networks, websites and lead generators
  • the display campaigns intercepting the best audiences with the proper message

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Building, coordinating and optimizing effective Paid Search, Remarketing and Display campaigns for a diverse range of initiatives (e.g., qualitative traffic generation, leads generation, etc...) across all major platforms (Google, Yahoo!, Bing, Criteo, Facebook, Zanox, etc...) in close coordination with Media Agency;
  • Day-to-day campaign update requests management in agreement with Company needs
  • Ensuring campaigns are run to schedule and any issues are promptly resolved Monitoring campaigns, analysing performances, finding out areas of improvement and identifying best practices to achieve the goals (ROI, CPC, CPL, etc.)
  • Sharing results with the stakeholders to build the most proficient Market's digital media mix Managing daily relationships with advertising network representatives
  • Running tests (e.g. A/B tests, etc...) to find best performer ads/partners and driving investments
  • Generating and updating reports (via tools/on an ad-hoc basis)
  • Coordinating the deployment of creativities/adv messages such as deployment of banners, buttons, text links, etc.
  • Coordinating campaign management and sharing of best practices among markets  

Job Requirements

  • Master's Degree Knowledge of the online advertising industry and the affiliate marketing industry (e.g. Tradeboubler, Zanox, etc…)
  • Previous experience on paid search, remarketing, affiliation adv and in general on online advertising
  • Confidence with multiple Search Engine platforms (Adwords, Yahoo! , etc…) and adv. & remarketing platforms (Google, Facebook, Criteo, Amnet, etc.)
  • Skilled in managing campaigns with A/B test (ranging from writing ad copy, defining audience targets, structuring tests)
  • Good knowledge of Web Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Site Catalyst, etc.)
  • Knowledge of approach by segments is a plus Self-starter with a proactive attitude, able to work under pressure and prioritise work accordingly
  • Ability to take on multiple projects at the same time
  • Creative and detail-oriented
  • Data driven approach with constant focus on ROI
