The Crisis Managing Department is looking for an energetic and empathic person to join the CareTeam Office in the role of CareTeam Specialist.
The candidate will report to the CareTeam Coordinator and will be part of a team of four persons.
The CareTeam's mission is to provide compassionate care and logistical support to our Guests and Crew who experience traumatic events, as individual crisis or in a rare event of a large scale emergency, while vacationing or working with us. Individual crisis includes medical landings, bereavements, sensitive and psychiatric issues, failing to join the ship in a port of transit, for Guests and crew.
The candidate must fulfill following requirements: - Language skills:
- C1 level in English,
- C1/B2 level in Spanish
- B2 level in French
- B2 level in German
- Emotionally stable and balanced
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Strong customer service skills and genuine desire to help others
- Team working and a strong problem solving attitude
- Flexible, highly stress resistant and able to work in a multi-cultural environment
- Available to travel on a short notice
- Working on rota to assist our guests at nights, week-ends and public holidays. When "on call" must be available around the clock via phone and respond to emails within half an hour or less. Good knowledge of MS Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel

Good knowledge of the English language is required.
