  • Periodical visits on ships to conduct trainings to all photographers on board, in order to ensure high quality service​
  • Identifies photographers that can be promoted in order to provide a training and develop the professional growth 
  • Ensures photo quality and standards fleet wide in order to report any necessary changes in adherence with Company guidelines
  • Assists Photo managers with staff development and the day to day running of their department
  • Monitors the market in order to keep up to date with changes in the field of photo product
  • Interacts with Shore side Management in order to ensure continuity and cooperation and sends a report at the end of each visit
  • Checks correct equipment storage, to ensure that correct procedures are followed by the photo and inventory department
  • Checks equipment inventories to ensure that values correspond to those in Crunch Time and assists Photo Managers to plan equipment orders
  • Facilitate a work environment that supports a successful safety culture. Is responsible for ensuring that his/her team implements and maintains an effective Hess management system.
  • Enforce and promote Safety procedures in the team/Department under responsibility

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years work experience as Photo Trainer
  • Experience and talent in managing a team work
  • Good knowledge of Photo techniques 
  • Good knowledge of equipment
  • Good knowledge of photo-editing software
  • English knowledge B2

 

Language Requirements

Good knowledge of the English language is required.
