For our partner largest river owner/operator VRC , a world's leading river company with a fleet of 65 ships cruising over 30 itineraries across 34 countries, we are looking for motivated, qualified and experienced galley candidates to work on board their ships in season 2018.

QUALIFICATION PROFILE
- Graduated apprenticeship as a cook
- Min. 2- 4 years of professional experience in cuisine background of a 4 or 5* Hotel or Restaurant, cruise industry experience is an asset
- Excellent English skills, other languages are an asset
- Excellent management, organisationaland communication skills
- Skills in every part of international cooking, HACCP rules and standards
- Service oriented and guest focused
- Flexibility and stress resistance, team player, commitment, positive personality, professional appearance
OFFER:
- seasonal contract from March - November or January (embarkation during the season possible)
- 7-8 weeks paid vacation during the contract
- Swiss or French contract of employment
- monthly tips of approx. 700 - 1000 EUR
