The role of Product Executive is fundamental in creating and allowing an environment to work efficiently and effectively so that we drive forward the cruise product delivery strategy and customer touch points in line with the strategic imperatives, group strategy and cruise 5YP. The launch of Discovery will help extend our target customers, by providing more variety of ships – we need to continue to ensure our existing and new ships are supported from a product and marketing perspective moving forwards

What you will be doing

You will be required to support the promotion of the cruise programme across all customer touch points. You will work closely with the Content and Photography teams to ensure that the programme is communicated accurately and in the most saleable way to customers both online and in our brochures.Support the creation and management of the brochure schedule and pagination making sure all relevant stakeholders complete allocated tasks and all deadlines are met.Alongside the Product Manager work with the planning/trading departments to plan the cruise and stay portfolio and ensure we are maximising profit whilst delivering the optimum level of choice for the customer. Develop a detailed understanding of the resort characteristics and the customer dynamics for each gateway to ensure that the right qualities of units are selected.This role will support the Product Manager in briefing and reviewing customer choice and experience within the booking journey. To do this effectively they will be monitoring NPS, CSQs performance, revenue trends on-board, and reviewing hotel performance so we can recommend appropriate improvementsAnalyse and make use of customer reviews on internal and external websites alongside the internal CSQ performance. Use them as a tool identify potential new units, as well units which aren’t performing to the required standard. Use the feedback to identify any gaps in how we communicate to customers for both cruise & stay and cruise only.Develop a detailed understanding of cruise competitor product and strategy. Use this understanding to identify areas of improvement and share any relevant findings with the wider cruise team. They will support the championing of the cruise product across the business and be one of the main points of contact for all destination/product information/training, particularly engaging with areas that communicate with internal/external customers. They will support the communication of the cruise programme to the inventory, content, contact centres, marketing, on-board, distribution, trading and beach product teams.You will be the “go-to” person fielding product related queries from other departments around the business and support in any information/training requests that are received. You will support the Customer Experience team and wider cruise team as and when required, particularly around campaign launches.

Work Experience Requirements
