Senior Accountant for small cruise vessel

As Senior Accountant you will assist the Financial Officer in providing a professional accountable financial service onboard the vessel and to be fully accountable for accuracy of Guests and Crew Accounts, Payroll and Crew Welfare finances, as well help to manage onboard clearance and immigration.

As part of the role you will train and monitor the night auditor, oversee all Fidelio postings and refunds, conduct random audits, complete all necessary reports, manage cash advances and other payroll duties as well as auditing of concessionaires and hotel inventory. You will also take overall responsibility for passenger and crew visas requirements and customs clearance, Payroll administration in liaison with corporate office, Cash book preparation under supervision of Finance Officer, Cycle counts of marine and F&B inventories on board in liaison with Superintendent and corporate office and Assist the Financial Officer in voyage close tasks and MXP preparation.

To be considered for this role, you will require a degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics, as well as 3 to 4 years accounting experience preferably internal control, systematic approach and compliance oriented.
