Restaurant Manager - Cruise

I am currently working with one of the world's top luxury, expanding Cruise Company, and have an exciting opportunity for a Restaurant Manager on board.

As a Restaurant will ensure a friendly & professional service in the restaurant and bar at all times to the fullest satisfaction of the guests. You will be responsible for the entire service operation on board ensuring you manage and motivate all crew, utilising your developed management skills, you will ensure that attention is focused on guest satisfaction, budgets are adhered to, succession planning is in place, that safety awareness is promoted, and that all departments are running at a high level.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Restaurant Management experience
• Hotel / Catering qualification / business degree
• Experience in 5* Hotels (Luxury cruise experience would be an advantage)
• Developed leadership skills
• Computer literacy
• English language skills
