Receptionist - Luxury Cruise

The Company

I am currently working with a high luxury Cruise company, and have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist on board.

The Role

As receptionist you will play a key role in the passenger experience on board. You will utilise your developed organisational skills and interpersonal skills to assist guests with a wide range of queries. Ensuring that the company culture is adhered to and exceeded on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working as Cruise Receptionist
• Experience working in a 4*/5* Hotel / Cruise
• Computer knowledge of Word and Excel (MXP experience preferred)
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Additional languages would be an advantage
