Food and Beverage Manager - Cruise

The Company

I am currently working with a growing Cruise company, and have an exciting opportunity for a Food and Beverage Manager on board.

The Role

As Food and Beverage Manager you will report into the Hotel Director, and will enjoy a varied role.
Your responsibilities will include the Restaurants and Bar areas.

Utilising your developed management skills, you will ensure that attention is focused on guest satisfaction, budgets are adhered to, succession planning is in place, that safety awareness is promoted, and that all departments are running at a high level.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience as Food and Beverage Manager
• Hotel Management qualification / business degree
• Experience in Management positions on board Cruise Ships
• Developed leadership skills
• Computer literacy
• Fluent English language skills
