The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity, working for an award winning and growing Cruise Company. As a strong leader and dynamic personality, you will be the driving force who leads the Hotel Department to excellence in achieving first class guest satisfaction. You will be involved in New Build projects and ongoing product improvement initiatives.
The Person:

Duties and Responsibilities (included but not limited to):
- Manage the entire hotel operation and leisure programme according to policies and direction of the Company.
- Liaise closely with other departments on board to ensure a smooth operation.
- Ensures guest satisfaction by leading the Hotel team (F&B, Revenue, Entertainment, Concessions and Administration)
- Monitor on board revenue to ensure projected sales and appropriate service
- Monitor Hotel Budgets in accordance with the Company
- Operates within and champions all safety procedures
- Demonstrates an understanding of USPH regulations and conducts inspections as necessary
- New Build planning and delivery
- Advise and work on New Build projects
- Prioritises and manages their time, being present on the floor
Experience required
- Previous Cruise Ship experience as Hotel Director / General Manager is essential.
- Experience in managing/planning New Build or dry-dock operations
- Experience in managing food & beverage operations, budgets and revenue
- Excellent English communication and written skills.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic, independent thinking, organized, enthusiastic and a natural leader
- Computer literacy, sound knowledge of MS Windows OS, MS Office suite, Fidelio Cruise suite, Micros is required.
