Hotel Controller for Luxury small VIP Cruise ship

We have a opening for position Hotel Controller comming in for season 2018 and looking to sourse an experienced candidates!!

Position Summary

The Hotel Controller"s primary responsibility is the managment and oversight of onboard store room inventory and accurate reporting of Inventory data !The Hotel Controller audits all invoices and requuistions of incoming and (MXP) and submiting various reports  .The Hotel Controller is also responsible for monthly closing (MXP) and submititting various reports to on board and shore side managment !!

Administrative Responsibilities!!

-Supervieses the Storekeeper and Storeroom Utility positions

-The Hotel Controller is accointable for the acounting and inventory managment system on board the vessel .,to include the following

-identify food items and noon-food items

-Maintenance of the (MXP) Purcasing System on board the vessel ,including all reports generated from it .

Rcord the information to maintain a situable inventory of food ,beverage and consumable items .

Maintanence of the Company"s set of controls and budgets to mitigate risk .

Maintenance of th eCompany system or vessel system of accounting records.

The Hotel Controller will liaise with the Hotel manager and Chef to ensure proper inventory control and suply chain managment!!

Responsible for all quality of control on the pier ,accounting /receiving control ,accounting for any loss or spoilage and reporting such to the Hotel Manager .

The Hotel controller will assist the Chef and Hotel Manager in the purchaising of local supplies!!

All the  candidate need to have similar experience on board ,and all valid International&seaman passports ,STCW certificates ,Refference letters !!

The Monthly Salary is USD 2 750 + % and the Job Contract it is for 6 month+-1 on board on rotation with some 2+-1 month off
