Corporate Hotel Manager for River Luxury Operation

We are looking  for our Partner a Luxury Company operator for Enthusiastic professional  to support  as  Corporate Hotel Manager 100%:

-Ensure that the Hotel Services on board will be delivered according to the Company standarts and client standart!!

-Support the smooth running and good cooperation of the department heads and their crew members on each ship witin your responsibility.

-Maximize quality and improve efficiency from existing budgets 

-Monitor the execution of training prosedures whinch you develop in co-operation with the Director Hotel Operation for Hotel Departments on board 

-Oversee the  the process of performance evaluations conducted by the on board managment

-Suport the train the Trainer " program

-Work as relief Hotel manager When requared

-Support recruiting activities in co-operation with the Human Resourses Department

-Keep constantly update with the industry trends 

All the candidates need to have min previous experience as Hotel Director last 3-4 years seasons in Largest Companies ,have a Computer knowledge up to ECDL standart (Word ,Excel,Power Point,Outlook),Very good comand of English and min one other language as german,French or Spanish!!,Extensive experience  in Hotel Operation or a similar role,experience in ship Hotel Opeartion is considered as an advantage!!
