Sommelier - Luxury Cruise

The Company

I am currently working with a luxury Cruise company, and have an exciting opportunity for a Sommelier on board.

The Role

As Sommelier you will report into the Chief Sommelier, and increase bar profits by meeting and exceeding set targets.

In this passenger facing role, you will provide a specialised wine and beverage service within your allocated area. You will ensure that company standards are adhered to, and that the passenger experience in enhanced.

The ideal candidate will have:

• WSET Level 3 in Wines and Spirits / recognised Wine qualification
• Level 2 Aware in Food Safety (or similar)
• Previous Sommelier experience
• Excellent written and spoken English
