Chef de Rang (m/f/d)

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Chef de Rang (m/f/d) for a top private yacht with a length of over 100m and under 20 cabins.

You must have  previous ship-experience, ideally on a private yacht and be used to working within an international crew of approx. 50.

You should have perfect service and restaurant skills with a wide knowledge within in the complete F&B Department, combined with very good organisation and social skills with VIP guests.

You love doing the regular Service and will also be open to Stewardess duties that will come along with this position, but you will also be expected to fulfill other side duties, if needed.

We are looking for a very professional candidate, with great skills and the power to achieve something wonderful at all times - being reliable, trustworthy and discreet at all times.

You should love to work and interact with the owners closely and on a very personal basis and serve with the most professional manner - while having an eye for details and special needs.

Fluent English is required. Every additional language may be considered a plus.
