The Information Technology - Digital & Reservation department is looking for a person to join the team as IT Business Analyst for the Contact Center Applications. The chosen candidate will be in charge of analysing, documenting  business requirements, coordinating the delivery of proper IT solutions and giving support to the Contact Center Team. The  Business Analyst  acts as a focal point for both the business stakeholders and the external suppliers vendors, assuring also proper quality for the released capabilities.Ideal people who:

  • have an IT background and a quantitative degree (e.g. Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, etc)
  • have a demonstrated ability to analyze processes and requirements
  • have good project management skills
  • have a good knowledge of Contact Center or CRM SW solutions, with experience of at least 4 years in such areas (possibly in international work environment)
  • preferably experience or technical skills on Networking (IP, SIP etc) and/or main development frameworks (.Net, JS, HTML, XSLT etc)
  • have a solid capability to communicate, to work in team and to interact with people
  • have a very good knowledge of Office tools

Language Requirements

Good knowledge of the English language is required.
