Uniworld owns and operates a fleet of thirteen intimate, boutique river cruise ships on the European waterways which cater exclusively to English-speaking clients. To support our Human Resources Team in the Rheinfelden operations office, Switzerland we are looking for an experienced and dedicated tourism professional in the role of:

Human Resources Intern, 100%

 (duration 6-12 months, starting March / April 2017 or upon agreement)

The HR department is responsible for all HR relevant topics from the entire recruiting cycle, HR administration, payroll, to employee relations and employee development.

Your main tasks will be to support the Human Resources department in their daily administrative duties,

Further tasks will be:

• General office correspondence in English and German
• Participation in various inter-office projects
• General clerical duties

You:

• Have an apprenticeship in administration (KV) or similar
• Are organised and detail oriented
• Are flexible and self-motivated
• Have an ability to communicate and conduct business in English and German (must)
• Have a solid IT knowledge (MS office, Excel in particular)
• Have a valid working permit for Switzerland
