Guest Relations Manager - Cruise
I am currently working with a leading British Cruise company, who have an exciting opportunity for a temporary Guest Relations Manager on board.
As a Guest Relations Manager you will be responsible for, the supervision of all guest service operations on board in accordance to the company's standards.
This will include supporting other crew when necessary, including all embarkations details for guests and crew for trips, arrivals and departures.
The ideal candidate will have:
- previous experience as a Guest Relations/Service Manager on cruise ships
- Experience in luxury environments
- Developed leadership skills
- Computer literacy
- English language skills
This position will be around 4 months long and will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to work with a leading cruise company, experience global travel, and enjoy an attractive package.
