We are looking for you to fill the following position in Hamburg / Rostock as soon as possible:

Senior Art Director (m/f)

Your target course:

• Development, elaboration and design of 360-degree campaigns and graphic concepts on the basis of brand and communication strategies
• Preparation and development of visuals for print and digital campaigns
• Ongoing development of looks and presentations, execution of layouts for different media, and assurance of quality standards
• Independent development and execution of creative, media-neutral ideas and concepts for sustainable, integrated campaigns (online/offline)
• Technical management of “Art Direction” team

Your previous course:

• Studies in graphic and/or communication design or comparable training
• Several years of management and professional experience as a Senior Art Director with a creative agency
• Experience of web design and of magazine / catalog production
• A passion and good feel for sophisticated and innovative graphic design
• Very good conceptual skills and confident visual execution
• Very good knowledge of English and German as well as competent MS Office and Adobe CS (such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom) skills
• Poise, good communication skills, reliability and high level of commitment
