We are looking for a well experienced and motivated Crew Admin (m/f) for a great

5* American Cruise Line with high profile, international passengers and great itineraries throughout the world.

You should have previous experience as a Crew Admin or in a similar position on a cruise ship, preferable on a seagoing vessel and be a motivated, well organized crew member. You love to work with an international Team and also have extensive cash-handling experience, dealing with Port Authorities and all required paperwork for the crew and the vessel is in your nature and comes easy for you.

You are also responsible dealing with any guests and guest enquiries, as well as the clearance of the ship for them and for the crew members. You assist the Crew Purser to facilitate the training of all Front Desk Staff in performance and financial aspects, so an excellent leadership behaviour is a must.

You should have excellent Administration & Communication skills, combined with exceptional written and oral communication skill in an international environment and with various of nationalities as Crew Members. You should be well organized, have a positive, open minded personality and be stress-resistant at all times.

Fluent English is required, any additional language would be a big plus - also required are excellent computer skills with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), MXP, Micros and Fidelio.

Work Experience Requirements

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Cruise Ship, in a 4/5* Hotel or in an Upscale Restaurant.

Language Requirements

Good knowledge of the English language is required.
