Costa Crociere is seeking a talented and energetic recently graduated for its Human Resources office, in the Genoa Headquarter.

In a dynamic, multicultural and fast-changing environment the HR Intern will support the HR Shoreside department in the following activities:

  • Recruiting and selection of Shoreside Employees for Italy and other main European Countries
  • Review and align Organizational structure to the business needs, by assuring all data referred to Employees and Organizational chart are updated in the system
  • Delivery of the Talent Management activities and design of Personal Development Plan for Employees
  • Closing of the annual Performance Management run for Shoreside Employees.

Position will be based in Genoa, Italy.

Job requirements

  • Education: BA/MS in Psychology or HR Management accomplished from maximum 12 months.
  • Excellent English and Italian. International experiences done during the University will be considered as a plus.
  • Should be comfortable working in a flexible and sometimes ambiguous environment with changing demands and deadlines.
  • Should be eager to learn and fast in delivering.

Language Requirements

Good knowledge of the English language is required.
