Chef De Partie - River Cruise
Faststream are working on behalf of a leading luxury River Cruise company and have an exciting opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join their fleet.
The Chef de partie on board will be will report into the Sous Chef, and enjoy a varied role
Duties will include the overseeing of general service standard and quality of the food products being served. There will be daily responsibility to confirm menu requirements and work processes for the team and overall control of the budget adhering to company guidelines and keeping wastage to a minimum.
The desirable candidate will have experience working in 4 / 5* establishments or cruise line.
To be able to read and write English fluently is essential.

Work Experience Requirements
