Pastry Chef - River Cruise
I am currently working a leading luxury River Cruise company, and have an exciting opportunity for a Pastry Chef on board.
As Pastry Chef you will report into the Exec Chef and enjoy a senior role within the organisation. You will take an active role with purchasing, developing recipes and ensuring that all hygiene regulations are adhered to.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working in a similar role in a 5* establishment / luxury Cruise
- Developed leadership and training skills
- Extensive pastry and bakery experience and practical experience
- Computer literacy
- English language skills
