Senior Sous Chef - Luxury Cruise

I am currently working with a leading 6* Ocean Cruise Company, and have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Sous Chef on board.

The ideal candidate for this role must have existing experience working on board 6* cruise ships OR in Michelin starred restaurants. The position offers industry leading salaries and rotations.

As Senior Sous Chef, you will report into the Chef de Cuisine and be directly responsible for at least 20 chefs. Your responsibilities will include; full responsibility of the Hot Galley for all outlets on board the ship, as well as control of cost management, creating schedules and section plans and ensuring all Chefs are working and producing cuisine at a 6* level.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Cruise Ship experience
• 5* hotels / Michelin star restaurants (cruise experience preferred)
• Fluent English language skills
