It’s a way of life.  As the Digital Media Manager you will create and deliver media content onboard Britannia our flagship. 

Key responsibilities:

As the Digital Media Manager you will:

• Manage and support the onboard TV system
• Digital signage and interactive kiosks
• Ensuring all advertising is in line with company requirements
• Follow company guidelines to create relevant content for advertising campaigns
• Encouraging revenue for advertising (i.e) bar services promotions, available tour and future cruise deals
• Liaise with department managers
• Advising on content and ensuring messages are appropriately targeted
• Ensure the ship TV system and digital signage is updated with all relevant information and content as required.
• Resolve frontline issues and work closely with the technical department regarding any problems with the interactive system.

Your creativity and expertise is imperative, you will analyse the success of advertising campaigns and adjust approach, ensuring any improvements identifies are implemented for future cruises. Keep up to date with emerging technologies which are rolled out onboard and provide support for the systems as required.

The contract lengths are either 4 or 6 months onboard with 2 months leave, and life onboard involves working 10 hours a day, 7 days a week. Your 10 hours will be split between morning, afternoon and evening activities.
