Technical Purchaser (m/f)

We are looking for you to fill the following position:

Technical Purchaser (m/f)

Your Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for a timely and economical supply of all technical material and services based on specification, defined quality and required standards
• Support of market research activities to develop a qualified and reliable supplier network and recommend potential or alternative materials, services, prices and products
• Invoice verification, resolution of discrepancies and handling of claims to vendors
• Preparation and execution of request for technical equipment, analysis of quotes and complement of documentation for purchase orders
• Negotiation of purchase price and Monitoring the vendor performance

Your Profile:

• Professional education in Purchasing & Logistics Management, ideally certified International Purchasing Professional
• Professional experience in Maritime Purchasing and Supply Management or procurement sector
• Fluent English and proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
• A sense of responsibility and a high degree of result orientation  as well as the strong ability to communicate
