Hotel Director - Cruise

I am currently working with one of the world's leading Cruise companies, that and have an exciting opportunity for a Spanish speaking Hotel Director to join their team on board on of their luxurious ships.

As the Hotel Director you will ensure the support of the general manager to lead the Hotel operations. You will take all necessary actions to implement and enforce the company standards thought-out the hotel staff in all areas assigned.

Utilising your developed management skills, you will ensure that attention is focused on guest satisfaction, budgets are adhered to, succession planning is in place, that safety awareness is promoted, and that all departments are running at a high level.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Hotel Management qualification / business degree
• Experience in 4*/5* Hotels (Luxury cruise experience would be an advantage)
• Developed leadership skills
• Experience in this position
• Computer literacy
• Fluent Spanish & English language skills
• legal right to live and work in Europe
