Senior Corporate Executive Chef - Cruise

I am currently working with a leading cruise line that has an opportunity for a Senior Corporate Executive Chef to join their team. The company are currently experiencing some fantastic growth and are seen as one of the leading cruise lines to work for. This position is not for a current chef but for someone who can think on a big scale.

I am looking for someone with vast experience in managing a team of cooperate chefs & all their subordinates, someone who has experience in 5* operations, and an experienced Manager with excellent cooking skills.

The main duties of this position will be will be to manage two major functions: this is to support the director of culinary development helping to implement new concepts across the fleet; and to work with the F&B director to support on board operations.

Requirements

• Experience in this position with related operation / Management / leadership / recipe planning
• 5* cruise experience as a chef
• Shore based management experience
• A hospitality related formal qualification
• The legal right to live and work in Europe
• Shipboard experience is preferred (Not Essential)
