Executive Chef - Cruise

The Company

I am currently working with leading Cruise company, and have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Chef on board.

The Role

As Executive Chef you will enjoy a varied role. Your responsibilities will cover the entire onboard galley operation. You will supervise and motivate crew, conduct menu briefings, order all food supplies, ensure food safety and cleanliness are of the highest standards and socialize with guests at meal times.

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 4 years experience in a 4*/5* restaurant (cruise experience preferred)
• Cruise Ship experience
• Developed management skills
• Fluent English language skills
