Technical Superintendent

I am working for one of the largest ship managers who have multiple offices around the world! Due to their dynamic growth, they are now seeking a Technical Superintendent to join the team.

The role you will responsible for the following:

• Maintaining the Vessel making sure that it is seaworthy
• Implement and monitoring compliance
• Oversee performance, technical and operational condition of the vessels
• Financial management
• Organise repairs and dry dockings
• Ensure ships are fully certified according to international standards
• Prepare technical reports
• Providing support to the on board management for technical and operational matters

The ideal candidate will have sailed as Cheif Engineer on tankers and have shore based experience as a Technical Superintendent for a minimum of 2 years.
