Fleet Safety Officer - Cruise

The Company

I am currently working with an expanding Cruise company, who are looking for a Fleet Safety Superintendent to join their team. The position is based in central Europe, and will involve travel.

The Role

As Fleet Safety Superintendent you will report directly to the Fleet Manager and manage a diverse range of projects across the safety spectrum. The role will have a focus on compliance and continually improving the safety of the entire fleet. You will undertake accident investigations, publish the subsequent reports, and be a key figure in fleet safety training.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Shorebased experience as Safety Superintendent
• Cruise experience sailing as Safety Officer
• English Language skills
• hief Mate Unlimited (or higher)
• Strong organization, delegation and interpersonal skills
• It is essential that you have up to date maritime legislation knowledge
