Faststream are working on behalf of an established River Cruise company and have an exciting opportunity for a Cook to join their fleet.

The role…

The Cook will report into the Chef de Partie, and enjoy a varied role.

Duties will include delivering all food products on time and to a high standard whilst keeping wastage to a minimum. Any issues are to be escalated to senior team members and the coaching and mentoring of junior team members whilst leading by example is expected.

The desirable candidate will have experience working in 4* plus establishments or cruise line. STCW Certification Is not required - seagoing experience is not essential, but would be an advantage.

To be able to read and write English fluently is essential.
