  • Assists the Casino Manager in order to ensure that all revenue opportunities are maximized
  • Enforces procedures and policies in order to assure they are respected in all areas of the Casino Operation – tables, slots, accounting
  • Promotes the highest standard of courtesy through interaction with Guests, in order to increase overall business potential
  • Settles disputes that may arise in order to report all unsettled claims to the Casino Manager immediately
  • Controls constantly the Casino revenue situation in order to verify that it is aligned with estimated revenue
  • Co-operates with the Casino Manager in order to ensure the efficient operation of the Casino and to carry out duties as requested
  • Assists the Casino Manager in verifying the integrity and security of all the Casino areas and accounting processes in order to guarantee that they are not in any way compromised by either a Guest or a member of the Staff
  • Reports discrepancies, suspicious activity or incidents of a doubtful nature to the Casino Management in order to guarantee the correct fairness of the gaming
  • Completes all required documentation and reports in accordance with policies and procedures in order to update files
  • Assists the Casino Manager in monitoring, evaluating, disciplining and/or counselling of all Casino Staff in order to comply with policy and procedure and assure a fair management of the Staff
  • Monitors all the Casino plays that could have a major impact on the revenue of the Casino
  • Replaces the Casino Manager when necessary in order to assure Casino operations if the Manager is not onboard
  • Facilitate a work environment that supports a successful safety culture. Is responsible for ensuring that his/her team implements and maintains an effective Hess management system. Enforce and promote Safety procedures in the team/Department under responsibility
