Our client is looking for flexible, open-minded and passionate Chef de PartieCooks for seasonal employment on River Ships.
Candidates will have the ability to read, interpret, demonstrate culinary fundamentals and knife skills, sound knowledge of food handling procedures and food ingredients from international classical dishes.

Minimum requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years kitchen experience in 4/5 star hotel, restaurant or resort
• Cruise ship experience a plus
• Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills and good command of the English language mandatory
• High school diploma or basic education equivalent is preferred
