Hotel General Manager - Cruise

I am currently working with an expanding Cruise company, that and have an exciting opportunity for an experience Cruise Hotel General Manager to join their team on board on pf there luxurious ships.

As the Hotel Manager you will ensure the support of the general manager to lead the Hotel operations. You will take all necessary actions to implement and enforce the Viking standards thought-out the hotel staff in all areas assigned.

Utilising your developed management skills, you will ensure that attention is focused on guest satisfaction, budgets are adhered to, succession planning is in place, that safety awareness is promoted, and that all departments are running at a high level.

The ideal candidate will have:
-Hotel Management qualification / business degree
-Experience in 5* Hotels (Luxury cruise experience would be an advantage)
-Developed leadership skills
- Experience in this position
-Computer literacy
-English language skills
