Pastry Chef - River Cruise

The Company

I am currently working a leading luxury River Cruise company, and have an exciting opportunity for a Pastry Chef on board.

The Role

As Pastry Chef you will report into the Exec Chef and enjoy a senior role within the organisation. You will take an active role with purchasing, developing recipes and ensuring that all hygiene regulations are adhered to.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working in a similar role in a 5* establishment / luxury Cruise
• Developed leadership and training skills
• Extensive pastry and bakery experience and practical experience
• Computer literacy
• English language skills
