Executive chef - Cruise

I am currently working with a leading Global Cruise Company, and have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Chef to join the team on board.

As the Executive Chef you will enjoy a varied role. Your responsibilities will cover the entire on board galley operation which could be up to 4000 guests and 24 restaurants, with a weekly food bill over 750,000 USD. You will be responsible for leading and supporting a multi-cultural team of galley personnel, ensuring the highest level of crew and guest satisfaction at all times.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in a 5* restaurant or Cruise experience in this position
• Developed management skills
• Fluent English language skills
