Head Waiter - Cruise

I am currently working with leading Cruise Company, and have an exciting opportunity for experienced Head Waiters to join their teams. Candidates should have experience as a head waiter and be ready to join ASAP.

As a Head Waiter you will ensure a friendly and professional service in the restaurants to the fullest satisfaction. You will be expected to assist the Restaurant Manager in the supervision of the Restaurant personnel ensuring total guest satisfaction regarding food quality and service in accordance with company policies.

You will also work with Junior crew helping to direct, coach, support, supervise and evaluate (in conjunction with the restaurant Manager) the performance of all direct reports.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Luxury Experience as a Head Waiter
• Very strong management skills in a multicultural and dynamic environment
• Possess a good understanding of basic accounting principles such as numbering flow, "Debits/Credits", adjusting entries and corrections.
• Very strong management skills in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
• Fluent English language skills
