Cruise Director - Cruise

I am currently working with one of the world's most luxurious Ocean Cruise companies who are looking for an experience Cruise Director to join their team.

As a Cruise director your purpose is to plan, prepare and deliver an exciting programme of events to all the guests; whilst upholding the company standards through the enrichment of entertainment whilst understanding the guest's needs. This is a key role of the on-board management and as such the Cruise director will be expected to embrace the wider operation of the ship.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in this position with the luxury cruise industry
• Strong leader, team player, communicator and be an inspiration to others
• smart , presentable, friendly and approachable
• Seagoing Qualifications
• Fluent English is essential
• $10500 PCM - 4:2 rotation
• Ideally applicants with have a background in entertainment
