Reports to: Pastry ChefObjective:Uphold SSC standards in Bakery Shop. Maintain hygienic standards according to U.S.P.H.
Job Skills: Flexible. Punctual. Good time keeper. Work independently. Innovative.Responsibilities:Responsible for the entire bakery production. Requisitioning of all products for bakery. Ensure economical food production and minimization of food waste. General cleaning and maintenance according to U.S.P.H. standards. Assist management with training and induction of new personnel.
Education/Experience: Standard European Baker background 5 years baker experience in 5 star operation; hotel, restaurant or ship.

Language Requirement: Fluent English
