Food & Beverage Manager - Cruise

I am currently working with one of the world's leading, multi brand Cruise lines and are going through a large growth period, and have an exciting opportunity for a Food & Beverage Manager to join one of there luxury ships.

As the Food & Beverage Manager on board your mission will be to sustain the upmarket cruise experience with a destination - driven brand image.

This position will ensure the food and beverage operations are to the standard expected by Cruise Lines guests along with facilitating a culture of commitment to the brand..

The ideal candidate will have:

• Existing experience sailing as an F&B manager on board cruise liners
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to direct, coach and support all employees
• experience monitoring USPH procedures for sanitation and cleanliness
• Must be familiar with SQM and the Food Operation Manuals, Restaurant Operation
• Manuals, Human Resources Operation Manuals, and Welcome Aboard Procedures.
• Fluent English language skills

Salary and rotation dependant on experience
