Executive Chef - Boutique Cruise

The Company

I am currently working with a luxury Cruise company, and have an exciting opportunity for a Exec Chef on board.

The Role

As Exec Chef you will manage the entire galley department and enjoy a varied role. You will prepare meals to the highest standards, create menu plans and be a 'hands on' leader.

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 3 years experience in a 4*/5* restaurant (cruise experience preferred)
• Cruise Ship experience
• Well developed management and budgeting skills
• Fluent English language skills
