Chief Engineer for small seagoing ships

For our partner, USA based cruise line we are looking for Chief Engineer to join one of their luxury small cruise ships in August. 

* Monthly basic salary transferred to a bank account of choice

• Bonus average of 500 Euros per month
• Rotation: 14 weeks on board 14 weeks at home (+/- 30 days)
• Insurance: coverage by private insurance company 
• Yearly contract
• Single accommodation and food included free of charge

Minimum requirements:

• Strong organizational and computer skills
• Previous passenger ship experience 
• Fluent command of English
• Preferable work experience on passenger ships
• Seaman's book

Certificates:

• Certificate of Competency Chief Engineer (A-III/2>3000kW)
• Basic Safety Training (STCW Code VI/1)
• Passenger Ship Safety (STCW Code V/2)
• Proficiency in Survival craft and Rescue Boats other then Fast Rescue Boats (STCW Code VI/2-1)
• Advanced Fire Fighting (STCW Code VI/3)
• Medical First Aid (STCW Code VI/4)
• Ship Security Officer (STCW Code VI/5) or Security Awareness Training for Seafarers with Designated Security Duties (STCW Code VI/6-2)
