Guest Relations Officer

Faststream are in partnership with a leading global Cruise Line and we are currently recruiting for Guest Relations Officers to join the team on board.

The Guest Relations Officers' responsibilities are to ensure total guest satisfaction at all times whilst providing all services of the Guest Relation desk. You will also be entirely owning and resolving guests concerns to their satisfaction.

To be considered for the role you must have the following:

• At least 1 year experience in Hospitality Management preferably on a Cruise Line of 4/5* Hotel establishment
• Fluent spoken and written English skills

On offer is a 6 month on 2 month off rotation with shared accommodation plus an industry leading salary, annual pay rises and an annual percentage bonus.
