Housekeeping Floor Supervisor - Urgent opening!

We at KMCC are currently actively seeking a passionate, professional and highly qualified Housekeeping Floor Supervisor for an urgent opening.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• The floor Supervisor is responsilble for the dedicated supervision of Cabin Attendants.
• ensuring all Cabin Attendants comply with the company standards
• Brief Cabin Attendants on scheduled duties and daily tasks, ensuring follow up of all tasks are competed to standard in a timely manner
• Ensure that all information and special requirements regarding Cabins for embarkation are passed on and followed up by Cabin Attendants
• Continual inspections of assigned Cabin Sections including corridors and lockers
• Continual inspections to ensure standards and procedures are followed as per USPH regulations
• Completion of work orders and update Chief Housekeeper report on a daily basis
• Liaison with VIP guests and Suites guests on a daily basis to ensure all needs are met

Qualifications and Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role ideally on a ship
• A flexible and motivated team player
• Professional appearance
• Willing to commit to a 7/8 month contract at sea, working 7 days per week.

Language Requirements

Good knowledge of the English language and ideally Spanish is required. Additional languages are a plus.
