Guest Relations Officer - Cruise

I am currently working with one of the world's leading, multi brand Cruise lines and are going through a large growth period, and have an exciting opportunity for a number of Guest Relation Officers to join their teams on board.

As a Guest Relations Officer your role will involve ensuring total guest satisfaction through personalized service and memorable experiences. This will be reached by using exemplary problem solving, listening, communication and organisation skills, as well as being proactive in identifying and resolving all guest challenges and concerns efficiently and successfully.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Hospitality management experience in a 5* hotel / cruise line
• Qualifications in hospitality management
• Strong management skills, problem solving, decision making and interpersonal skills
• Must have the legal right to live and work in Europe
• $ 1785 PCM & 6:3 rotation
