ShoreX Manager - Cruise

I am currently working with one of the world's leading, multi brand Cruise lines and are going through a large growth period, and have an exciting opportunity for a number of Shore excursions staff to join there teams on board.

As Shorex Manager you will report into the Cruise Director, and be responsible for all shore excursions offered on board, and in all ports visited. You will manage the Shorex Team, and ensure that all guests participating in excursions are provided with excellent service from the team.

You will arrange a variety of excursions across the different destinations visited, lead the promotion of excursions and ensure that company standards are maintained.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Existing experience sailing as Shorex Manager
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Cruise Ship experience
• Global sailing experience
• Fluent English language skills
• Salary and rotation dependant on experience & Position
