Joining our Retail Website Team as a Sales and Service Advisor (Cruise), we will help you become a destination expert to recommend and sell cruise holidays and extras to a range of our customers. You will be providing our customers with truly exceptional service throughout their booking journey and beyond, putting our customers at the heart of our business and constantly ‘go the extra smile’ creating unforgettable holidays that make us famous for service and create customers for life.

What you will be doing

As a Sales and Service Advisor, you will help to create unforgettable holidays for all of our customers with your personality, professionalism and personalised service. You will understand our customers and adapt your style using information provided to help you find ways to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

We’re passionate about being the best and are proud to offer our customers a range of communication platforms – telephone, email and live online chat. You will work as part of this multi-functional department of 4 teams: Offline Sales, Online Support, and Customer Service & Administration. You will work to set sales and service KPI’s and will be accountable for delivering an outstanding performance against set targets.

You will inspire and respect your colleagues sharing in social and other fun activities. If things do not go quite right, you will conduct yourself in a professional and confident manner to ensure a positive outcome. Your desire to achieve will lead you to exceed your company, sales and service targets.

Work Experience Requirements

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Cruise Ship, in a 4/5* Hotel or in an Upscale Restaurant.

Language Requirements

Good knowledge of the English language is required.
