I am currently working with leading multiband Cruise Company, and have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Sous Chef Pastry & Bakery on board.
As an Executive Sous Chef Bakery & Pastry you will enjoy a varied role. Your responsibilities will cover the entire on-board galley operation. You will supervise and motivate crew, conduct menu briefings, order all food supplies, ensure food safety and cleanliness is of the highest standards and socialise with guests at meal times.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in this position in a 4*/5* restaurant/ hotel (cruise experience preferred)
- Developed management skills
- Fluent English language skills
- Must have the legal right to live and work in Europe
- $4750 on-board only (+ 20% Bonus)
- 4:2 rotation (Months)
