Faststream are in partnership with a leading global Cruise Line and we are currently recruiting for an Executive Pastry Chef to join the team on board.
The Executive Pastry Chef's responsibilities are to cover the entire Pastry operation which can be for up to 4000 Passengers across 24 Restaurants with a weekly food bill of $750,000. Also to be running and operating a multi-cultural team ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction at all times.
To be considered for the role you must have the following:
- In rank Pastry experience either on a Cruise or within a 5* Restaurant
- Proven management skills
- Fluent spoken and written English skills
On offer is a 4 month on 2 month off rotation with single accommodation plus an industry leading salary, annual pay rises and an annual percentage bonus.
